After an extensive search, the GBGCOC Board of Directors extended an offer to a wonderful candidate for the Executive Director position. To our delight, Ron Mayes, EdD, of Southport, accepted the position and has begun the transition into the role. Dr. Mayes, a retired educator, spent his early professional career as a technical editor, teacher, principal, and at age of 26, became one of the youngest school administrators in the State of Indiana.
